About

  • SOHL is offering a cohort learning series to mid-level management leaders to enhance their essential management and operational skills to move to a senior level leadership position.

    The Executive Program is divided into 4 sessions and will be offered in a hybrid format with the first and last sessions in-person. The SOHL Executive Program is modeled after the highly successful American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Executive Program.

    The Executive Program is limited to 25 attendees and is comprised of interactive virtual and in-person sessions with seasoned executive presenters to provide a variety of topics to enhance leadership skills and to help the mid-level manager become a more successful leader in a senior level position. This program has been approved for 6.0 ACHE Qualified Education credits.
