- Most of us can readily think of several people who’ve had positive impacts on our lives and careers. We believe no matter where you are in your career, that mentoring accelerates personal and professional growth.
This six-month program pairs mentors and mentees one-to-one based on goals, experience, and desired outcomes. Participants set specific expectations with guidance provided by ACHE and SOHL. Mentees and mentors set their own schedule for monthly meetings to take place in person, by phone, or by video.
